I'd appreciate it if you'd take a look and provide feedback on my grow, especially the nutrient regimen.

Details:
This is my first grow.
Caramel Kush by 00 Seeds (heavy indica)
Day 36 flower (42 since flip) veg'd 57 days before flip
small tent, 2X2.5X7ft
2X QB 288v2, 18" from canopy, running at 150W which provides 550-600umoles at canopy
77F, 55-60RH
Ocean's Forest soil 10gal fabric pot
FoxFarm trio nutrients, 3gals each feed/water, almost 1gal runoff

I have been feeding/watering every three days. The medium is dry on the third day. The last two waterings have been water only, but for the past three weeks I've been feeding each time. I haven't seen any problems but I've stopped feeding EVERY cycle and plan on feeding every other water from now on.
You can see my nutrient schedule in the attached pic, but today's feeding was as follows:
3gals
5mL Dyna-Grow Silicate (I don't need this in flower, do I?)
30mL SledgeHammer Flush (I was advised to use this EVERY water/feeding, I don't really know why)
15mL CalMag Every since I had a calcium deficiency in veg
45mL Big Bloom 0-0.5-0.7
30mL Grow Big 6-4-4
30mL Tiger Bloom 2-8-4
The schedule I came up with has me reducing feed next week. It looks too soon for that, but I also veg'd longer than I probably should have. Also I already mentioned this is my first grow so I don't know what I'm talking about.

The bottom third is bare, and while I've done some light pruning I've left most of the leaves alone to collect energy from the light. Most of the pruning was for airflow and to keep leaves away from the
sides of the tent.

These pictures didn't come out looking so great... they never do with this cheap point-and-shoot. I think there's enough detail to see the buds but the color looks off, especially the whole plant shot.

I’ve only ever add flush when I’m actually flushing but I use a different brand, it seems to be working. As for the dyna grow I’d check the website for there feeding schedules most Ive researched stop around week 3 or 4 but every just to back of the nitrogen the bloom normally has enough
