That's my feelings, as well. Even worst-case scenario- Harptler gets back in- we will have (essentially) decriminalization within 24 months. Best case is Trudeau ends prohibition all together and we get a system that mimics alcohol control including producing for personal consumption. The medical issue will still need to be settled separately (a patient requires more plants than a rec user), but with 'diversion to the black market' no longer an issue, it should be an easy argument. The mmpr was designed to fail and it is doing just that. Their (HC,LP's) record of fails will speak for itself at the trial.
