RH in Jars

just harvested and am in the process of drying my first round of herb. I had three different size plants ranging from small to medium-large. I have been told you don't go under 7 days of drying no matter what. But I have the smallest plant drying much earlier (4 days). I checked and I think it might be a little over dried. Dry trimmed and put into jars with a small humidity checker in the jar and it read 48% when it went into the jar.....
I've read you want 57-62%, I'm assuming I've overdried this plant? Should I get those humidity packets that they have and throw one in the jar? Since it's only been an hour or two will the humidity go up in the jar, or do you think it'll just sustain at that relative humidity?

when you say dry, you mean the bud not the stem, or can you snap the stem yet
When I say dry I mean I already took the plant out of my drying tent, dry trimmed it, and put it into jars.
I could snap the stem, here a break but not get a clean break. If that makes sense

Without a humidifier in places like Colorado, this will easily happen. Your plant is not ruined and should still be quality, just could have been even better. I would burp the jar much less than the others to start, or not open it until the numbers rise again. If it's smoking too dry in a week then go for one of the packs to add moisture. Some brands mess with terps more than others! I've heard Renfro say integra boost packs do not mess with smell like the Bovedas.
