yes yet another stock question...

this upcomming wensday the RI state senator and state rep. are anouncing the bill for complete legalization as the 3rd state. we have been voting in favor for yrs now and finally after they saw colorado make 5million in a week they want theirs.

this will get big time publicity im sure and im sure they will peice it together with current stocks and president speaking about hemp farming as a total whole picture of whats to come in the states.

now i feel is a big chance to get into the correct stocks before end of the next couple months when RI passes the bill. also, sorry to make a seperate post but i was not sure which one to post on to get good solid answers.

what stocks would you buy into if you knew another state would be legalized right around the corner?

would you hold out for them to reach into the $ ranges? or do the traditional buy low sell high numerous times in couple weeks time frame that seems to be happening now?

Well stock has to be offered first right? Also, there has to be an established firm offering them. I don't see this happening anytime soon. Maybe I don't know about it. I'm in the industry in CA, I know I wont be offering any stocks nor does the biggest collective in CA. not to my knowledge at least.

However, I would imagine big tobacco companies guzzling all the business up once legalized for recreational use. CO will definitely be the state to watch.

Long story short I don't think anyone will be offering stocks, most collectives seem too small, even though incorporating is necessary to open up for business here, well a "non-profit".

Keep this going. Now I'm curious about it. Any other board members have information on Mj stocks? or the existence of?

I read something days ago about some large hemp rescharch company getting into the recreation side bulding some large warehouse in california I believe. The article did mention it was a publicly traded company

I will see if I can dig it up

Personally I believe its a horrible time to invest in anything but long term storage food and ammo ect. , but I hope in wrong.

USEI just entered the HEMP area for biofuels.
PMCM just announced they were leasing real estate for permitted MJ grows in LA.

As far as horrible time.... well I am looking at a 400%+ gain in my account right now.

If people don't like tripling their money, you are right, it is a horrible time for investing.

If you like tripling your money, now is a fantastic time for investing.

OK so far I have dumped $600 which isn't much I know.I'm learning a lot as I go

USEI - 4000 shares at .007
DEWM - 5000 shares at .01
LATF - 4000 shares at .009
REVI - 2000 shares at .04
PMCM - 5000 wouldn't at .002 (Tried for more but fidelity wouldnt for who knows why)

i got screwed with HEMP at .11 But like an idiot i put .10 for limit order that day now im hoping it drops tuesday to .15 To buy $300 of share an let them sit.

most likely will get me small profits but i will learn more about the company. I know these are penny stocks an from whafeel ave read they should be bought and sold very often but i feel like we are ahead of the game cause we are a part of the industry already. The stocks i feel could go into dollar range with more movement which will be happening soon.

main question is which companies will still be around in couple years and did i invest into correct ones... the ideas the companies are putting out are going to be successful but who knows if the companies will handle the time its going to take for buisness to take off.
