Aha! 2.83A x 240V=680W x 8 = 5440W, plenty respectable.

The specs say 680W with the UVB running, so now the math works.

Well I would love to, but my girl friend would kill me. She is also a member on this website. But you must try some real Mexican food and southern BBQ it's the best.. And I live in the south it's far away from Canada. But keep in touch..
