If I use rino skin during veg will that make my plants bloom?

I gave mine a couple of doses and this was the result.

The short answer is no. This is assuming you're running fems or regs. If you're running auto's they'll bloom whenever they deem fit. Rhino Skin is AN's version of a silica amendment.
