Ripeness?

Hello all I have a single lady :) who has been under 12/12 since sept first the 2 main cola trichs seem to be about a week to 10 days behind ripeness of the side/lower colas... my question is .. Is it normal/ can different part of the plant ripen faster then other parts? if so do i just harvest whats done? or just wait till its all done? :?

Show us some pics! You can harvest one at a time if you like, I take the top buds off when they are done so the light will reach lower growth and finish off the buds on bottom
 
I'v been meaning to invest in a camera cause i have grown quite attached to this site lol I wanna share what my projects are like.... Ill get a camera today and upload some photos .... So its ok to harvest the "done" parts and leave the "undone" parts still under 12/12?

Ok, yall I'm going out to get a camera within the hour!... whats the safest way to upload photos? I ask this because i see people use photobucket to upload photos. Should I just use the directory this forum provides?
