Rippers

So this morning I hear there are rippers in my neighbor hood my buddie across the street got his whole crop jacked last night and it was twice as much as I have. Wtf do I do I don't want my shit to get jacked to!

The way i see it, you got three options...
1: Rip now, lose most your yeild to a premature chop.
2: Sit outside your plants every night, hope your yield is enough to compensate for loosing your day-job.
3: Pray.

I'm not really worried about during the day since I have 2 dogs one being a pitbull. But at night we bring them
In at midnight Ish and that's when I get nervous. But my girls look pretty close
tp being done. I jus wanna harvest most and leave the stuff that needs a few more weeks in hopes no one sees it. At takes it I jus wanna harvest most so I know I won't be at a total loss if they do infect come for
mine too.

Maybe a site harvest of the most ripe?
Depends, if you take too much off she will die, and the underdeveloped buds will never come to fruition.
I'd say leave your pitts out in shifts, just for the next week. Buy yourself some time.
Wake up early to out and get him, so long as conditions permit.
I IN NO WAY ADVISE CONDONE OR ADVOCATE treating you animal like a tool, just because it suits your plants.
How ever if the conditions are proper where they would (in another home) be left outside at night besides, then no harm/discomfort can come of it.
Though i would like to see some pic's of both your babies... Pitts and Pott, I love taking care of both :D

#2 and #3.

But like the songs goes, praying won't do ya' no good, right bout now brother.

My Pit and two others and I are camping out every night now. Not taking any chances. All dogs out (3)
day and night. Driveway alarms. And someone home at all times.

The Queen could leave her jewels here, and feel good about it:blsmoke:

Lock all access and egress points, making it harder to enter or leave your yard. Install motion sensor lights right by yard access points (hopefully, not shining on the plants). Leave the dogs out, but I'd worry about the rippers using poison :cuss: Or, you can guard the crop in the wee hours yourself, for the next 2-3 weeks or so. If yer in Mendicino County, I'd sleep armed.....

If you're not able to reduce or minimize the possibility of ripping, then I'd say harvest now. Once the trichs are all over the buds :weed: Yer most likely talkin' about only increasing the THC content by a percent or two, by waiting to harvest at the "peak". The buds will still do the job as they are now :eyesmoke: At least judging by my plants and I believe you are close to my latitude.
I know I'd fuckin' sprain my ACL, kicking myself in the ass if I knew about rippers in the area, didn't do anything about it and got wound up getting ripped :fire:

Good luck bongsmilie AND, in following your posts from this season, it's been a really tough grow for you :hump: So hopefully, you'll do whatever needs to be done, to make sure you come out with something for all your efforts :eyesmoke:

R2T :peace:

Yeah, set up a tent and sleep in your fucking backyard. I mean, really? If you can't sleep in a tent in your yard, I suggest digging a 15 foot deep hole, and putting a tiger in it. Tiger pit always takes care of a ripper...

Also it destroys any evidence of the ripper being their by morning.

I think I may consider harvesting today I am getting kinda nervous because the past few days I been off luckily but I work for the next week so I won't be ableTo tend to them as much as I would like to make sure no one comes. But I will take photos of my girls n my dogs also I have pm that I was considering harvesting cuz of

Nobody fucks with a lion, kid.

Caucasian Ovcharka. Russian wolf/bear killing dog. Does not play well with others. Very territorial. Best to keep kids and all other animals away.

Hopefully its because of his circle and not just random rippers, most of the time its somebody you know or have shown. GL, tie some string around that garden, run it to your room, maybe a wind chime or something noisy tied to it hanging near your bed lol.
