Why do y'all keep giving this question life?weren't the moors black?
Child molesters like you will be the first to die
Why do people think their baseless opinion is worth repeating?I was going to guess that one or more of the people charged are felons and therefore prohibited from possessing firearms (and that the conspiracy charge was related to evading federal firearm laws), but looking at the Gun Control Act it looks like people who've renounced their US citizenship are also prohibited from possessing firearms... given that they claim to be Moors and not subject to US laws I wonder if they at some point effectively renounced their citizenship?
it was one question. Why do y'all keep giving this question life?
Because they are ignorant? Why do y'all keep giving this question life?
personally, i find posting a skin color chart ignorant, but that's just me.Because they are ignorant?
The question is, why was their possession of firearms unlawful, and why was their possession of ammo unlawful? Also, conspiracy to commit what crime? They were probably arraigned today, I presume a local news outlet will cover it.Why do people think their baseless opinion is worth repeating?
What is reported:
"All suspects are facing charges of eight counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, use of body armor in commission of a crime, possession of a high capacity magazine, improper storage of firearms in a vehicle, and conspiracy to commit a crime, the statement said.?
Good questions all. I suppose the high capacity magazines are something you would want to ask about too. They were actually charged with that too.The question is, why was their possession of firearms unlawful, and why was their possession of ammo unlawful? Also, conspiracy to commit what crime? Merely having the opinion that you aren't a US citizen and aren't subject to US laws isn't enough to renounce citizenship, they'd have to take some action to renounce it. More likely one or more of them are felons.
As I said before, there's some reason they were charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition. Do you have an alternative theory as to why prosecutors brought those charges? Felons are prohibited from possessing firearms under the federal GCA, as are individuals who have renounced their US citizenship. One doesn't have to make things up when one simply looks them up.My question is, whey did @YardG and @Kerowacked feel the need to make up charges? "illegal firearms" and "felons with guns" and " gave up their right to own a gun"
But then again, right wingers habitually make shit up and demand others believe them without providing good reasons to do so.

Look it up, assault style rifles like they were carrying are ILLEGAL IN MASSACHUSETTS.As I said before, there's some reason they were charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition. Looking more though it seems the unlawful possession of a firearm charge could simply be that they weren't licensed to carry loaded firearms.
