RIU is Probable Cause! Informants and Cops will use this Against You!

Hi, Im pissed. And I feel like I should be, as I was part of a National 420 Marijuana Bust day, that was specific to a county, in the state that I live in. I'm damn sick of thinking about getting booked and spending 26 hrs in jail. A 40,000 DOLLAR Bail. Then later, getting publicly released for no previous record. Being charged as a felon. A clean cut/cool college grad, has a smokin hot ass girlfriend with a clinical issue and a right to use MJ medicinally. Come to find out! I have my own case for a card.

I am being charged with manufacturing an illegal substance (MJ) no intent to sale. no dry weight, no money at all.

My room was flipped turned upside down as a judge verbally gave the undercover fucks the right to search the house. As probable cause was verbally presented to the judge over a phone. So, really? A fucking Knock in talk? My name was really on your list? 3 plants in the mature state! And it took 6 cops total. 3 fed look a-likes, along with the special undercover ass-holes!!!

Demanding me to sign a consent form. Telling me, "How I won't really get in trouble, and that I would probably get a little probation". Fuck that. Never Sign Shit! And don't ever Rat people out!!! Never ever help them! Fuc Them.... RIU helps them!!!!

Remember, cops can not give you any legal Advice. They are just doing there Jobs and are gonna put your ass behind bars. they are not your friends. EVER! You must ignore there pressure oriented scare tac-tics. And remember to say the big three words..... I DON'T KNOW!!!!



what happened to our RIGHTS? FREEDOM OF SPEECH? A little violation going on here. Or do cops and especially fed's! Have the RIGHT to search the internet and use public material against you in court???? There was a 3 million dollar pot bust in georgia to and its believed a website gave the details when it was ordered to. People want +rep but when they catch your ass you gonna get +years. i trust R.I.U to the fullest and and i beleive its not in there intersts to rat on users.
R.I.U. is a profitable business and wants more members not less and i would never believe that they would rat on users as it dont make sense as it a growing site not a F.B.I. or A.T.F. website...........

Also, Ludacris. I'm sure RIU would rather drop dime on it's users than get stuck with an obstruction of justice charge against him. Though, I've never read a post saying otherwise, it just would make sense to protect his $$ rather than our asses.

Yea im about to smoke a blunt right now lol sorry. Like I said I got nothing but respect for you. But some people don't know what I went through. Seeing a huge gun in your friends face is freaking scary man. I posted about it cause here is the only place I can vent. I can't tell my other friends cause they probably will think im a theif which im not. I tell complete strangers cause none of you will ever meet me lol. But rest assured I did do a bitch thing and try to rob someone for weed and did almost get my head taken off with what I was told was a .45 caliber since it was huge and silver. informant was the big problem but all that work for so little pot. you guys int e states think that because u have a medical card it means you can grown lol you are fucking out of your mind. the only country wich the federal government allows you to grow for medical reason is canada. we get a federal card saying how much we are allowed to posses who we are allowed to grow for and how many plants at one time we are allowed to have either indoor or outdoor. Plus we get health canada inspections and then noone is allowed inside for contamination issues. no cop can come to the property without health canada permission and supervision. There are over 5000 already and growing. If you grow more then you are suppoed to they give you special disposal containers for the garage man to pick up lol, its at your descretion lol and a big health canada sign outside your property where no one is allowed to break in or face federal charges. In canada the federal government recognizes marijuana as a medicine.

Don't Cops need a physical piece of paper (warrant) to search your house.....not a "phone call". I think you got screwed buddy. Theres no way to prove they got a warrant over the phone anyway. You should have not let them enter your place.
