I doubt the federal government will ever allow it but that would be great the federal government is out of control and medical marijuana is going to get fucked if they reschedule because a schedule 2 drug is only legal if it's FDA Approved and Joe's Dispensary is far from making the list more like GW Pharmaceuticals and now Monsanto/Bayer. Forget about $20 a gram it will end up being more like $500 for an eighth but Obamacare would cover it because it's FDA Approved just the prices of the insurance will go up and up like they have.
