Tagh, yes legally 5 patients have recommendations from certified physicians in my state which appointed me their caregiver. I am required to supply their medicine, up to a certain amount a month. Sure the feds could come get me, I hope they don't but if they knew what was really going on they should have bigger things to pursue. I am abiding by the state laws in hopes of having them on my side if I were breaking those laws I wouldn't have called them. On a positive note check out the goods for OD '09 Where dreams come true.
feds can't get you if you're abiding by state law.

a couple supreme court cases and the attorney general confirm this.

Mystik, thanks, I'll be okay. But the thread was meant to share my experiences with you all. I am always open to opinions but I strongly favor my own..

Not to mention Oboma's stopping raids on dispensaries..............which get their weed from people like you. Unless your in Canada, lol + REP

In the states, involving the police in anything beyond a traffic collision is immoral. Expecting the thugs and goons of the world to solve our petty problems is irresponsible. Involving the police NEVER ends well.

While it sucks that this happened...lets do a little review.

Some dude...who you used to be friendly with...gave/loaned you HIS light. (probably with the understanding that, at harvest, you would give him a nice big bud) At some point dude asked for the light that at least was previously his to be returned. Understandably as you were in the middle of the grow...refused. Undoubtedly there was more discussion before dude kicked your door in and took HIS light (and the nug he was promised).

Now would be a good time to mention that he did not take the whole grow, any money, extra equipment...or your bong.

Should he have kicked down your door and taken back HIS light? NO! Could he have just been a little girl and called the pigs...NO!!!!!!

He was wrong!

Then you called the cops on him...turning his original generosity, his attempt to get back what he perceived as his (did you pay him for it...no) through peaceful means, into a complete loss of life, liberty, and anal virginity for multiple moons. You called the cops....you are now a snitch. Sleep well.

This is probably the most head spinning, ridiculous fact (if this is real)....Instead of returning the USED light, and buying another USED light for less than $100USD (don't know my loons) or for less than $150USD you can have a brand new 400 SHIPPED right to your old door in a matter of hours. It is not like this was out of the question financially...after all you grow for 5 patients and spent WAY more on your new security.

I am sorry that this happened, but you handled it wrong! You paid back the generosity of another pot head by involving the police:evil: (yes he is an "Indian giver"...or more correctly a "Bureau of Indian Affairs Giver")

To all the youngsters out there....should you go stick guns in peoples faces or kick the shit out of them...probably not. Should you call the cops (ever) ABSOLUTELY NOT! they are not on you side, and are generally put upon to leave the donut shop.

In the states the police are very quickly eroding our constitutional rights, where exercising them has become probable cause to break them. We are/have quickly become a police state. STOP THE MADNESS! STOP SNITCHING! Keep your karma good..do unto others!

I wouldn't have called the cops, just add some extra security and keep his computer. Seriously, what the hell are the cops going to do?? Now your under the cops microscope.

The person who gave me the light didn't own it either, he had promised it to another person in hopes of getting more than a nugget. I don't have his computer? You must have had a few run-ins that didn't go your way. I had been under the cops radar prior to contacting them...long story (roommates issue). The Cops are there to do a job, they do it, some better than others. Use them as a tool, don't be afraid of them, that shows weakness. I believe snitching is used to better yourself; I didn't gain anything by telling the cops who kicked in my door. Didn't get anything back. I wasn't in trouble, trying to reduce a sentence. They aren't watching me. Infact I doubt they are even working with the case anymore (But something will happen). It was to have that case on file for if it happens again there will be a record of it. I actually have engraved my Registry Number on all equipment and can now prove that it is mine. Yes it was absolutely my fault, my fault for thinking I could trust that person. But better things are to come and changes have been made.

Revenge.

The job that cops do is completely counter to the idea of liberty and freedom. Never involve them. Never talk to them beyond what is absolutely necessary.

Now maybe in Canada it is like I saw on TV when I was a kid...Handsome Boy Scout-ish looking RCMP with Rin-Tin-Tin the super Shepherd, saving damsels in distress and stopping evil poachers...but here in the US we have cops who will pull you through the window of your car, and beat you like an animal, then charge you with resisting arrest, all for not answering questions.

Just a little update: I heard through the grapevine that the suspects I had were caught distributing, to an undercover...they went to the house and were charged with cultivation...
:) I also have upgraded the crib. Full time alarm every door/window, cameras on the north and east and a steel plate 1/2 inch thick for the frontdoor where the deadbolts go in...and my outdoor '09 dreams are lookin bright.
