Rockwool conditioner?

should i use this?... i already got some but i was looking for some clarification on how to use it, i know what the instructions say but do i still use half strength grow fert in the water? or just the conditioner? i don't really understand.

NO need to use rockwool conditioner.
.. You can just soak your rockwool in water that has a pH of 5.0 - 5.5 for 2-12 hours....

this will make your rockwool perfect!!
