ok i was thinking of vegging plants in 4inch rockwool, because i just watched my homie(who's doing his first grow)transplant and it's so easy with those things.
and i could fill the veg room more and be able to help him out since he isn't able to have a veg room.So was wondering if putting rockwool in soil is ok?

No problem.

Cover the top of the rockwool with a few inches of soil yes, and just keep the plant centered to the pot your transplanting it into...good luck dude.

i've just done this and i havn't had any problems with it, started off in the same cube you mentioned and now it's sitting in a pot full of soil and havn't had any drama's...oh and i covered the rockwool cube with about 1cm of soil.

all in all it's ok to do:peace:
