rodilization a viable option for breeding

See very conflicting posts on this now.

Some say bananas its hermie dont breed it ul make it worse.

Where othera say its a natural trait in cannabis and can be used for s1.

I find it seems to lie on the fact has the plant gone through an extended flour past its time ? If so then i see this as a natural trait of cannabis last attempt to polinate and totaly viable .
Over a hermie that shows trait week 4 at low stress.

I have a plant i grew and lost cuttings to it. Howevwr she is week10.. and thinking if i leave a branch to over ripen at chop aswell ad the stress of chopping. Then its a natural past time trait and the pollen should be femeinsed male pollen and very viable preserving the genes traits. .

I have another plant i love bx5 and im thinking week 4 i could pollinate her up with my mystery strain and get some s1 seeds.
2 very stables crossed s1 hybrid vigor like an f1 cross but fem s1 right ?

Any problem doing this over collidal methods etc? I just wana save her genes im in love with

Plus she is tight n small hard ad hell high thc my other is a monster the outcomes could be awsome hint forba medium thc flaboured smoke good yeilds lol

Dont think i got room shes in coco big ass pot and am hydro now here my new mum rooms 2 miles off and on motorbike i dont think il get the 40l pot there lol. Will try s1 it off. And reveg it via washing coco off root stoco n replanting

The first cross I made years ago was from pollen collected from nanners that popped up late in flower. None of those seeds ever developed into hermies. I think the whole "passing on hermie traits" is not as big of a deal as many make it out to be.

The biggest drawback with depending on rodilization is that the plant may not develop any nanners. I'd try and take a couple clones even this late in flower as well. But you may indeed need to reveg to save the strain.
