Thanks for the reply. The reason I was tryna hold out was because this strain doesn't yield that much but that won't make much of a difference like you said. I'm currently having height limitations but I'm sure I can make it thru it with some diy handy work.

By the way how high does your humidity get during the flowering stage? Because mines is bouncing between 55 and 70. I'm trying to keep it between 40 and 60 like my books said. And is the yield that much less than a HPS lightbulb?

While I was cleaning the house I discovered that one of my plants got severely burned by the cfl lights so in a drastic last minute decision I decided to cut the the branches that got burnt. How will this affect my plant during the flowering stage?

Damn, that unfortunate. Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago with a clone, but when I say it was destroyed... Burnt to a CRISP. One good thing about nature, it has some pretty crazy regenerative properties. I snapped two branches almost the whole way off my white widow while low stress training with metal craft wire instead of rope. (Now I see why they use rope.) I tapped the two branches and about 4-6 days later they were completely healed back to the plant. As long as you didn't burn a huge amount of the plant the rest will grow and you'll beable to harvest eventually. Also It was also a good decision on your part to cut the burnt area off. I believe the plant uses more energy trying to repair itself and if the area is to far gone you're just wasting energy that could be put into new growth.

So both of they have started to show both of their cotyledon leaves!

1)Since this is my first grow and I'm still learning I recently realized that I've had nute burn throughout the grow(not pest lol) and it just dawned on me. Any tips? It's not yellowing but more like holes and brownish spots. Any help is greatly appreciated.
2)I've noticed slight preflowers since the change however they are still too smaill to determine
3)This is a stupid question, however if a strain is mold resistant does that mean throughout the flowering period it won't get mold or it's a high chance that the buds won't succumb to mold if at high humidity?

Again any help, tips, or advice is much appreciaited.

using fox farms soil the plants dont require food for at least a month when using 3-5 gallon containers. Then feed light

My plants are well over a month old and I haven't started to feed them until about 2 to 3 weeks ago due to the fact that the cotyledon leaves wilted and died. I will keep in mind that the fox farm soil doesn't need fertilizer until a month however.

Your plants are looking very good! My plants looked no where near THAT good on my first grow! Looks like you got it all under control. They should soon reveal their sex!

When you switched to 12/12 and you swapped your lights out, what did you replace the 4x 26w CFLs with? (First time grower trying to figure things out)

@topProspect I replaced them with 26w warm(2700k) bulbs. if u got any other questions I'll be glad to help

What's up everyone!? Went on vacation and just got back so alot has happened since last saturday.
The person who was watching my plants did an OKAY job despite depriving my little babies of water.

.Today(Just got back from vacation) I checked them and I had to cut(top) both of them quickly due to height issues and that the top leaves were severely burned.
Will this stress my plants out too much since I just flipped the switch and they haven't started to show flowers!???

.One of my plants(Renee) started to show signs of nute burn so I had to give her a nice dose of only plain water.

.My other plant(Tiffany) seems to be doing well after being cut down to size.

Major Update:
I found out that both girls are truly girls(hence the fact that this is bagseed I was still skeptical) today after doing my daily inspections.



Despite having these minor setbacks will everything be okay???

Looking good! Get ready to build your new box you're getting close unless you're going to tie down, but even now it's a little late. As far as the accidental burn & toping the plant will bounce back. It should take anywhere from a couple days to a week. Usually a couple days. Keep up the good work you're doing way better then my first couple attempts of growing.

Update:
.I recently put in an order for parts for another box. I've decided to keep my old box for my next grow for clones and my new one I'm building is gonna be for flowering.
As far as the girls their doing okay.
.Renee is recovering slowly from the nute burn.
.I'm hoping the girls stay this height until I can make the new box.

Update:
.So after some minor setbacks the girls are still holding strong and have started to show hairs and are trying to start to form buds.
.My new box won't be here until later this week so soon as it gets here I'll post pics.
.I'm still fighting nute burn on one of my plants(Renee) but it seems like it's starting to subside since I started adding just plain water to her
.My humidity has been high since its been raining here lately but I've read that long as air circulation is going and is kept up I should be fine.

However does anybody have experience with high humidity during flowering? Any advice would be great

.I've found out that it's no longer a nute burn but it was actually a magnesium deficiency so any advice would be helpful for these lil ladies

.Due to a cal mag deficiency and lack of funds to heal my little girl I have to put Renee out of her misery :'(
so I will only have one plant going for the rest of this grow.

Didn't have the money, she was dying and the cal mag def was really BAD! I'mma do another grow of LA and Cheese Candy next yr when I come bck frm Christmas vacation.

.So things have been good since the last update. She's eating ALOT more. Almost have to feed her every two to three days.
.She's starting to show a hell of a lot of pistils(these pistils got me geeked to see the buds already).
.I also thought I saw a ball sack so i removed it(it may have been an unopened female sex organ but I didn't wanna take any chances)
