nope it looks like the server is in Atlanta Georgia. The Arizona part that you probably saw and are refering to is Domains by Proxy, Inc. and this company is used to hide all your personal details from the public which would be a good idea for a site like this, i know i would use it. i use the company for several of my websites, its a feature easily attained through godaddy for about 10 bucks.

also when you lookup server location you need to get the ip of the web server and trace it.
