actually jerry in spokane is being charged, he ran the HPV, there is a gentleman our of colfax washington who was a speaker at the seattle hempfest who is fighting his federal charges, etc etc etc. and those are just people in my immediate circle of medical marijuana providers.

most importantly the feds have been pressuring land owners to evict caregivers and dispensaries by threatening them with seizure of the property. but hey if you cant see it from your porch
