Transplanting can cause some small issues, be patient. Make sure not to overwater and I like to spray the foliage with h2o mixed with a 1/8th dose of thrive alive red. (1-1-1). If the clone hasn't established a root system yet, feeding from a spray bottle helps.

Feeding a clone that has not developed a root system will only slow root growth more. Why send out roots to feed itself when you are foliar feeding it? And by water culture you mean hydro your pH is a bit high. Needs to be around 5.8

I just finished a batch of northern light clones, 20 total. 10 were fed foliar, the others I didn't. Not only did my foliarsprayed clones root faster, but most of the others didn't root at all or are still taking 2 weeks to root. My experience thats all.

You are right about the PH, 5.8 for dwc, 6.5+ for soil.

Either too soon, or too strong of nutrients it sounds like. If they are still without roots you shouldn't really be adding much except maybe a rooting solution.
