Hi guys
Ok so im not a total newbie - been doing this for about a yr now
Got 2 wardrobes that i have converted with the appropriate intake fans and extraction fans carbon filtered etc
Wardrobe 1 (flowering) running a 250w hps and 2 x 300w red spectrum cfls hanging down into the grow.
Wardrobe 2 (veg) single 150w cfl blue spectrum bulb only postioned horizontally with appropriate reflector
Now i bought and added the 300w red spectrum cfls to add extra lumens to the flowering wardrobe in the hope of a better yield
Ive got an sms com twin fan cntroller on it and it was working fine keeping things about 24 degrees C although i do have to open the bedroom window quite a lot.
Recently tho... things havent been so good... the temps in the flower room have hit 80-90F regularly and the only reason i can think of is the ambient temperature in my bedroom is too high otherwise the fan controller would have it sitting perfect.
I dont vent to the outside or in fact at all - the air just blows through my bedroom - i dont want to vent directly out the bedroom window for detection reasons - the only other option for somewhere to vent is a hole in the bathroom ceiling (previous an extractor fan hole) but that would mean making a hole in the bedroom wall in order to get to it as i dont want ducting all throughout the hall and house.
Im stumped as to what to do... i added the cfls for extra lumens and now the temps are getting out of hand and the air in my bedroom can get a bit uncomfortably warm (the window is open half the day when the lights are on)
Any ideas?...
