Room getting to hot

How we doing guys got one 600w hps running just now but hope to have 3 up , but room is getting hot with just one I have to fans on as well as carbon filter only thing is there is only one small window in the room which has been boarded up except a small circle I cut for the outlet for the filter but it’s still hot , thinking of just putting a tent in the room would this be better to control the heat ?

Thinking of a tent so I can use the only window to draw cold air into the tent and hot air into the room the filter is big enough just the lack of ventilation options

You need 3 inline fans. One dedicated to the hood, one dedicated to the scrubber and one dedicated to air intake. 4:1 ratio 4 out 1 in example 400cfm exhaust 100 cfm intake. Make sure you have seperate ducting for each fan. Each item should be its own indepedant system. Run lights at nightime if heat is still an issue. Be sure the exhaust duct is far enough away from your intake duct that hot air doesn't get sucked back into the room. If you have only 1 widow to use place your exhaust duct as far up as you can and put your intake duct as low as you can and it will help a lot.

Sounds like you might need a more powerful fan.
Also, you've gotta suck the hot air from the top to make a difference.
If your carbon filter is sitting on the ground or even waist high, that's your problem.

Got about 4 filter fans available to use dunno size popping in for a feed tomorrow have a check and see what to do thanks for the advice guys , peace ✌

Do you use a cooltube on your lights? If so, I find the best way to scrub and remove heat is grow room hot air>filter>fan>light>exhaust out of room or house.

Put fan at window pull cold air in and used another fan to take hot air out and into the adjasunt room where the window in open to let air out , place cooled right down to 20 so going to hang another light up and see how we go cheers mate
