Root bound??

I am new to roll it up. I am on my second indoor soil grow and am loving it. Just a quick question. I believe this pic looks root bound, but I am seeing no signs except slight possible shock. I am interested in any opinions. Thanks in advance.

If rootbound makes the plants transparent or invisible, your plant is rootbound for sure. Or maybe it's just super frosty white.

I can't see this plant either (no photo was included).

Left it up and check the bottom of the container. If you see a bunch of roots sticking out of drainage holes, encircling the bottom then yeah it should be transplanted. Depending on what size/kind of container it is you might be able to just tip it upside down and remove it gently to check the roots.
