Root damage from transplant

So I transplanted one of my plants and I unfortunately listened to someone on here with bad advice because they said to wet the soil before transplanting, which I did and the entire root ball fell apart! My plant lost a good amount of her roots and she immediately started to droop when I put her in the new container, but then I watered her with superthrive and she perked right back up. Now she's back to drooping again and I was thinking of giving her another dose of superthrive. Is this ok to do or would it give her nute burn?

leave it alone, itll recover with some time, could take a week or less depending on how vigorous the roots grow on that strain. personally i like to transplant when the soil is very dry, then i just tip the pot upside down and tap the bottom of the pot and the whole root mass comes out in on piece.

let it be for a few days......then add some b1 supplement(to help with the shock) and an enzyme product(to break down dead root mass). hope this helps.
