Root Growth in bloom

So in my first couple runs in stinkbud aero tubes i would have some kind of issue that would cause the roots to be without water for extend periods. One was a power outage and the other was a water leak and the res ran empty. My question is do roots stop growing after X week of bloom? I don't feel like they grow back in bloom when they die like they do when you have an issue in veg.

Ime..about two weeks from flip.

Appreciate the feedback. Any other opinions?

no, they do not stop growing, but they also don't recover like they do in veg.
