root hormone question??

hey im about 1 month and 2-3 weeks into my 2nd grow and my plants doing great but i was wondering i arerate the soil from time to time by gently pushing a metal pole down through the soil only about as round as a toothpick but iv been adding root hormone to my soil and mixing it gently into the soil is what im doing bad for my plant idk cuz the plant is lush green and doing fine? plz let me no before it really hurts them

I wouldn't do that, leave the rooting stuff for when you cut clones

ok yea i didnt really no but i tryed it on plant and no effect that i could see so just added a lil to the soil in each plant just thought it might make more roots or make them stronger resulting in more budds and stronger plant

There is root growth enhancers you can get, they're basically a lower PPM hormone than actual "rooting hormones" and work really well when used to the schedule included with them!

do you have to buy it off the net or can you get it at like local plant shop cuz i dont want that stuff coming to my house cuz im not sure who it is but when i get packages left on my porce i come home to find out they are opened by someone i think my neighbor is doing it and its my landlords relation

I use "B'Cuzz Root Stimulator", its a generic root stimulator (ie not just for pot). But afaik its intended for hydro but Iv found it works just aswell in soil as a nice addition to your watering...you should see the sick root balls you can get when using this stuff! Im gonna end this post because I refuse to advertise for free! Hope I helped even a little!
