No. When you top you just stop vertical growth not rooting growth.KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

Well it's in a pot and I cant transplant into the ground because i live in NC and there are so many fucking rocks in the ground i cant even dig them all up so it will stunt the root growth for a while?
I also read somewhere if you top the plant the bud potency will not be as good is that true?
These will be growing for almost 3 months in Veg and will stay in Veg until nature makes them flower i think thats about 3-4 more months. It will be tall as hell!

NO.Topping a plant is just a pruning technique!The talk of potency is in the genes of the plant DNA and your cultivation methods.If you didn't top your plant then the top cola will be the most potent part of the plant only because it will be the oldest part,thus the maturest.KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!
