doubt it given the pics and description. I'm convinced that you have one or a combination (more likely) of a few issues: over water, nute lock, high pH.
Lacking any actual info about your grow, it's hard to tell but you've got the beginnings of interveinal chlorosis and leaf tip curling, both are signs of nute deficiency or lockout. Your girls are seriously sick. Flush your soil with pH'd water 2x the volume of your soil. If you're not pH'ing your water you're killing your plants. pH it to 5.9 and hit em with the flush. Then leaf feed with good nutes, not miracle kill. Let the soil dry out, then water again. If they're in dirt, then stop using nutes for a bit and gradually add them back in. It's entirely possible your choice of nutes is toxic. Soil has food in it so you're not gunna starve them.
