No, you dont have to amend coco with anything. Pure coco does not suffocate the roots AT ALL. In fact if you amend the coco you diminish the exceptional buffering capabilites of coco and the CEC (how much nutrients the media can hold).
I just seen that your runoff was 300ppm over nute strength. You have too much salt buildup in the coco. You need to flush with a solution of 300ppm and flush until that comes out of the runoff. The only way salt build up occurs is when you feed with too much nutrient or you are letting the coco dry out too much. Even if you fix it now it will take a week to see results bro. Good luck!

Scrogs look cool but the yield is terrible for time spent and your almost doubling your risk of bugs and mold the longer the plants alive the more time it has to get sick. With plain coco you could get 6 foot tall plants that have been topped uing 2-3 week veg in 2 gallon pots strain depending of course. Saving a month of electricity should cover the extra cost for more seeds/clones

70F water will run salts out to. Not a bad idea every 7 days, with recharge and calmag

I usually keep my feed temps between 68-72. I also use recharge and calmag. I suggest an organic enzyme called DLF-100 to the OP. That and in combination to recharge should rid of salt buildup. Also @AngryMexican you ALWAYS NEED to water coco until 10-20% runoff ALWAYS. No exceptions. I forgot that one.

that recharge is awesome stuff, so hats off to ya, great to see another grower using it. I use 1/4 teas per gallon EVERY watering. Scotty Real says 70-75F is best for temp when using recharge, or any micro, because they like warmth, and cold makes them go dormant. This is why in DWC, if you have a hard time keeping temps down, using recharge will make your grow not skip a beat, even in 80F water. I also like to pretreat my medium is a recharge/molasses strong mix to get the medium a preboost.
