Root Shooters?

Whats up guys!! I am looking into trying root shooters out, any used or using it??

All thoughts or feelings.....

and do i need to use any nute system with it as well? or do i just let it root and use the nutes in the plug????

Also i am using 3-3 gallon pots, im looking into gh flora series. what size should i get for those 3-3 gallon pots???? peace yall

i used them on 4 clones ..this was my first attempt at cloning and i got all 4 to root in just under two weeks
so i guess you can say these things are pretty damn good just dont let them dry out they will get lighter in color as they dry out ..Just keep them damp and you should be good you dont need any nutes

awesome bro!!!! ok so u can use as many plugs as u want to?? i was thinking that since its in a 50 cell tray that i was gonna ruin the non used plugs when i watered the ones i use...lol. how long did u let them sit in those little things for b4 u put them in a bigger pot? and im gonna get some i found this website that sells them for $23.50 thats including shipping..

yea i could have put the whole tray in the dome but im only have space for 4 more plants so i just cut them off and stuck them in there ...i let them get good root growth on all sides then i just stuck them in some soil and watered with plain ph'd water.. do you have any hydro shops close by ? if i can remember correctly i only paid around $8-$10 for my pack of 50

Do you have some rooting hormone ? That will make them root much faster

o i just saw where ur from...norcal, that might be the reason the root shooters is cheaper. since its flooded with hydro shops. not here in conservative fuckn phoenix az. lol, i think there is actually only 5 hydro shops here in phoenix and tempe. haha horrible, but im sure there will be more poppin up once the state starts giving out medical cards. i should just freakn move to cali, i visited sac. about 2 months ago really nice place.

o yea now i remember why they were so cheap ..My friend who works at the hydro store gave me a 15% discount off my purchases ...my bad lol so they probably will be $20 or so at normal price + shipping

haha that makes sense then lol.....koo..im using cfl also but im gonna try to get a 250w hps or 400w hps system. or i might just stick with cfl but get 4-5 68w cfl from home depot.

well looks like i just went and bought a 50 pack of rapid rooters and a cloning dome and try with a 50 cell site. Plus a bottle of fox farm big bloom. it all came out to about $60 bucks. Im gonna use the big bloom as foilar spray for a few times and add a small amount to the watering tray as soon as roots pop out. Well thats what the dude said to do at the hydro store so we will see. i have about 10 clones. so im crossing my fingers they all root. i used clonex also. i will upload pics soon.

Check this out i was wondering around the store and saw this little grow tent. and i asked about it cause it looked used and was just chillin there. they guy told me it was for sale and that he would even knock off ten more bucks if someone bought it. so i looked at it. and all it needed was a bar connector. so i said ill take it and bougjt it for $35. its a DR-40 small little one good size for 2-4 2 gallon smart pots. percect. Ya gotta appreciate used shit!! lol. pics also comin soon.

good shit man !!!!! just make sure you mist the dome so its always wet and you should be good you dont need much light until you see some roots i used 1 27w 5000K CFL and it worked great

Yeah im only using one cfl right now seems to be good enough. i also am spraying them with big bloom from fox farm.

Yo should my rapid rooter plug be moist or should I just let them be and just mist the clones. Is it a good idea to be spraying them with some fox farm big bloom as foilar feeding? I took the clones last Saturday.
