rooting clone problem

Hi, my clones started to show roots a little over one and a half week agoe, but all the sudden root growth halted, and they havent grown much if annything last 1 and 1/2 week. why is this?. annyone have had this happen before?. this is my first attemt at taking clones..

having them in rooting cubes, with a clone dome, on heated tiles, my light i put against the wall so its not direct light, so they can focus on root growth. they got sprayed with water everyday, but now i spray eod day. they look allright, just not much root growt last 1 and a half weeks. i got 2 cloners and one of the cloners have some clones browning out on the top shoot. the other one every clone looks healthy. they are about +- 3 weeks old now

If you see roots then plant it...roots don't like light and will stop growing after about a week (thats the average in my setup)...until covered with dirt/grow medium. :P
May also want to spray only the dome...the plant soaks up water from the humidity in the dome and may also want to start hardening them off soon if they are showing roots.

Was there a change in temperature? I have stopped my growth by letting them get cold. and it just got real cold where I live.

And then what are you going to put them in....soil, hydro, etc??
