Roots organic 707/ 5ml line Ph burn? Lock out?

Im using roots organic everything. I've tried just using water for a week thinking it was nute burn but it didn't help anything, IM having brown spots take over all my fan leafs. Once they get the spots the next morning when I wake up they will be curled upward. Can anyone help me??????
The only other thing I can think of is that my soils Ph is 7.0 ? Not 100% sure they were sleeping this morning when I tried to check with the soil Tater I just bought.

Brown Spots, with no pics makes it tough but the first thing that comes to mind is mag deficiency, if it is you will see the plants leafs turning a yellowish while the veins remain dark as well. Do a search on nutrient deficiencies of plants images and you'll find several useful pictured charts that may assist you rather imediately.
