Made a mistake and started it in a 5 gallon . Sown on the 2nd of December . I also let water pool up in the bottom of the drain pan . I would imagine this was also part of the problem . I have atleast another 4 weeks to go before I switch to flower , have some other plants that need to catch up. What should I do ? Thanks in advance !

You could just chop what sticks out the bottom. If you have roots that only go down and not using the rest of the container you could pull the plant out of the pot and rearrange the roots in the media. Or you could stick a container at the bottom of the pail and continuously have water/nutes in there for the plant to drink from.

Those cloth pots will stop it as well
I’ll be getting some . Before I flip to flower I’ll step the 5 gallons I started in to 7 gallons to accommodate the stretch . The rest will go from 3s to 5s for the finish . Thanks again I’ll be getting them .
