No man, it stopped being popular in the 80s. Until I bought the bags and the portable washing machine, around mid 80s was the last time I saw good hash. My wife's parents both smoke, and she's never had hash until I started making it. We have been married 30 years last July. She likes rosin, I don't. So I make the hash, and press some in 37 micron bags. I can get between 4-4.5 grams of good dab, from 7 grams of hash. Just have to make sure to triple bag the hash or it will blow out.

I put my press together myself at a total of 249.00 all in. It works better than my buddies nug smasher. It's simple and cheaper than buying one. Then with the leftover money, buy the bubble bag's and washing machine, under 110.00 on Amazon. And you still might have enough left over for that hooker you wanted. Win win win.

All I press flower wise is the lower buds.stuff you can't sell. Out of an Oz, I can usually get around 5 grams back.but I can sell it for 50.00 a gram. So 250.00 for shit you can't hardly give away. I got the A frame press at harbor freight, 49.00 with online coupon, complete plate kit including PID controller off Amazon 178.99. I only press it once and then I use my pucks for my cooking oil. Nothing wasted. Just got to make sure not to smoke with the hooker before the blowjob, if it's the crying your after.

So far I found 195 degrees(not sure if it's 100% accurate) and pressing just right gets the best results and easy cleanup. Was pressing so hard at first I was losing a good amount to the parchment. That's a good suggestion on the pucks for edibles, gonna have to save them for that. Made butter for brownies with ground buds lastnight but just realized I'm out of eggs lol.

Sweet bruh! Waiting till all the chores are done and then going bananas on my buds lol.. Got a long winter to be blazed, workout and eat. Need to gain back 50 lbs I lost.
