STEER CLEAR of ROYAL QUEEN SEEDS. bwest is right. They say they accept cards, but when you go to complete your order, it's suddenly not an option, at least for US customers, which should have been a red flag. Only options are cash and bank wire, and they will claim they didn't receive your bank transfer (from experience) and likely would do the same with cash.
I've been able to place, receive, and germinate an order from The Single Seed Centre (does accept Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/DinnersClub) while my Royal Queen order is still "
Awaiting bank wire payment". Their communication is horrible; whenever I try to contact them all I get back (4-5 days later) is something along the lines of "we'll send your order when we receive the wire".
Sorry about the rant, but I'm out of $40. I'd stick with any seed bank/distributor that accepts some form of card payment that you can cancel/dispute if you don't receive the seeds, as there's no such protection with wires and cash.

Try ordering. Not blind, know what it says. Now, I'm telling you they don't accept credit and debit cards because I tried 9 fucking times and received this e-mail.

I've attempted to make an order today with them, but I get an error when I'm attempting to do the payment by credit card, this error occurs on their credit card processor site and not on their own website.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Can anyone vouch for them?
Do you know some otehr place where I could get their seeds with free shipping?

DO NOT ORDER FROM ROYAL QUEEN SEEDS. I PLACED TWO ORDERS WITH THEM AND BOTH TIMES THEY ASKED FOR CASH IN ENVELOPE FROM THE USA. They said they received my first envelope and shipped my beans. They would not provide me with a tracking number which I thought was weird. After 6 weeks and no package I called Kim who is the office manager, and she said she would resend my package. Two weeks into the first order they had such a great deal on there web site I made a second order, "Cash Envelope." And a month later at the 6 week point of receiving no package, they still claimed that they never received my 2nd cash envelope. Another call to the Netherlands and I was told by Kim from Royal Queen Seeds that she sent me a 2nd package which I never received, and they never received my 2nd envelope of cash. She told me at this point that shipping of the beans, and of my cash envelope was "AT MY OWN RISK, AND THEY HAVE DONE ALL THEY CAN FOR ME!" They also told me they don't provide US residents with tracking numbers because it would flag the package for seizure when it go's through customs. I'm so pissed at the company, I see there Beans for sell on every seed banks website. I really thought they were a reputable company. I recently made a small order from Gorilla Seed Bank. The reason I only spent $40.00 was because I didn't want to be ripped off a third time. When I ordered from Gorilla Seeds I was able to pay with a gift card, and they provided me with a tracking # the very next day. I received my Beans the following Thursday, which was like 8 days later. Royal Queen Should be avoided at all cost.
