Larger tent is doing whatever this is. @Laughing Grass I tried to lift out one of the main branches of the goofy bird's nest mutant so you could see better. Kind of worked. Hoping they can go another month. The Blue OG on the left is the only one with burning. The two plants were so closely intertwined that I assumed both were burning.

Not seeing any additional balls on the Wedding cake (right). It has some goofy little foxtails starting on top. Tent looks alright. Lovely sweet smells from something in the tent. Bubblegum Boogie is boogieing just fine.

It's so odd when you zoom in on it. Probably even more so seeing it in person. Is it putting out trichomes? How far along is it?

This is week 12 for both plants in the tent. I am going to do my best to get a full plant picture of it around harvest time, but I don't know of that's a viable plan. It does have a lot of trichs. Every stem is coated too. It's the weirdest freaking plant...

I didn't get seeds from this particular plant, but I did pollinate a seed out of the same pack. I am not sure I want to deal with a whole line like this, but the three little seedlings I just posted are related to it. We shall see!

It is completely different in structure than anything I've ever seen in person. Hopefully it will be some Martian mutant super smoke.

Okay, okay, I'll try to find something monster crop healthy on the bottom. Never tried cloning this late before, I like experiments!

Gonna call this strain the bird's mess when I work it to all grow like this

It's too late to clone once they are upside down & drying.
Up till then it's possible.

Greetings humanoids.
Sativa tent is looking crispy. I carefully opened a spot near some crispy leaves and it's still green as ever inside. The Blue OG smells really nice, so I will err on the side of cutting early rather than letting leaves cause rot. But for now I think she's fine.

Wedding cake and bubblegum boogie are drama free this week.

Seedlings are a little stretchy under this light. But looking good.

I am so tired of this crunchy mess. I think I'm gonna give the sativas one more week, then kill. Been 15 or 16 weeks, and Blue OG is worrying me a little with the leaves. Rather have something than nothing. It smells like berry salad. It's a true waste that I started these in the summer. I think for the future I'll keep the long flowering projects to cooler months as best as I can. She could've gotten a lot thiccer...


Bubblegum boogie and wedding cake are just vibing in there. Few seeds at the bottom of wedding cake from the balls, but no further clusters formed. Smells kind of like sweet bread in that tent. But I think it's coming from bubblegum, not the cake.


The black apple x rotten rozay seedlings are doing seedling things. I wasn't sure I was even going to keep these, but since I'm gonna chop the sativas I will have space for them.


Round 3 of mutant black apple cuttings. First round all withered to brown right away, second round ate their leaves after 5 or so days and got crispy. This round is about 6 days in and are still alive, and eating their leaves at a rate I am more used to from cuttings. Might make it!

I'm grumpy. Black apple totally collapsed and dragged blue OG down with it. Luckily I had just cleaned the bottom of the tent, and not many branches touched the coco. Blue OGs pot actually tipped over from the fall and snapped her main stem. black apple was so spindly and fluffy looking I never even considered supporting them, but she totally killed herself. Most of the branches snapped off as she fell, too. *sigh* stakes next time, methinks...

This is what a branch of black apple looks like hanging upside down, with no trimming done yet... kind of cool. Hope the cuttings root. Gonna take a bunch more from the bottom stuff I am still rooting through before they get too dry.

I've never seen a plant that lacked bud structure like that one.
Looks like a trimming nightmare.

Gonna dunk it in bubble buckets. No trimming this nonsense aside from removing the fan leaves. I wonder if it's some trait from the Vietnam black. The other parent is some goofy hybrid. It looks like if you wound in all the stems like a cartoon that it would be one big ol donker, you know? Like a mutation where it's system never told its stems to stop, even while the calyxes were going.

Good call on the buckets IMHO.
You could spend hours on that with little to show other than gummed up scissors.

Yup, never done bubble bags before, but when I saw the way this was growing I decided now or never, because otherwise the plant was going straight to the dumpster. It smells kinda skunky, and my hands are very sticky, hope I get an okay yield from it.

You know I once got some random seeds as a freebie from some weed related thing I got on amazon. I think it was CS spray before I decided to mix sts...

Here's my lazy lazy trim on the blue OG. I usually just peel leaves off as I grab buds for smoking, or ignore them. It doesn't have to be pretty to get the job done.
