RUBBERMAID 45 gal Blackberry

one of my plants has a green stem close to the seed then fads to white but seems to be growing the wrong way? should i point it up?
I would say leave it be for a couple days, it could be the roots growing out of the seed, same goes for the other that has leaves. It will do it's thing, don't worry bro. haha
But I like your setup, I'm thinking of making a rubbermaid grow box for vegging my plants.
Good luck+rep

its the tap root?.... the plant knows which way is up and which is down, give it a chance and dont fuss, i fussed and killed one of mine. Better to leave em alone.

and how much times do you think i should water them a day?
I give mine 2 tablespoons a day for the first week using .5 tablespoon nutrients and .5 water. After that, I go by how dry the soil is and my first grow did fine.
If you give the plants a couple of days to develop the root and sprout leaves then they should be fine. Just don't disrupt the soil for the next 3-5 days.

I would say put soil over them, just make sure the seed is about 3/4 of an inch under the soil. Also, before each time you water them, see if the soil is dry under the first layer so to speak. You don't want too much moisture because your plants roots won't be able to use the nutrients or receive oxygen and cause root rot. Or possibly mold and that's not good. haha Good luck bro, I'm subed for sure.

Lookin good man....I had a rubbermaid thing going on but scrapped the entire thing... temps were WAY to hard to control with the amount of lights I had in there. Be wary of that. If you can I'd add more strip fixtures to the sides and even on the lid if you're using it. more light = more fruit!

Water when the pants tell you they need it. Check soil, container weight, leafs and you'll know when to water.

Keep scouring RIU! I knew almost nothing before I came here, and now I'm experimenting with a 12/12 from seed CFL grow using all the knowledge I've found here.

intake fan the lights left to right through the middle of the box with a double stacked of fan set up
exhaust from the top
monitor with thermometer; be weary of condensation on the inside of the plastic walls of the rubbermaid. when plants release oxygen they increase humidity.

humidity can be controlled by putting down newspaper or cardboard and constantly running your fans.
