You can use the Mylar for the top and bottom of your rubbermaids, you can check the image in my first post to see how I have the mylar at the top where the lights sit. This acts as a general reflector for your lights and can it can bounce appropriately off the white panda film lining the sides. As for your lights, I use 4 CFL's for 1 plant durging veg, and this has worked out fine for me. Obviously more light is better but since I'm only using 30 gallon rubbermaids, I don't really need anymore. In your case you have more room, so 6 lights would be appropriate. As for your fans and heat, the more air your fans can pull out, the better. PC fans are not known for the CFM's, unless you specifically buy them with a higher CFM. I personally started with a high CFM PC fan for an intake and a exhaust. Now I just use a high CFM PC exhaust fan and passive intake. It just moves the air more efficiently and quieter as well. This is something you will have to experiment yourself to see which works better for your heat situation and basically what you think is best for your setup. Once you have everything setup, just take the temps 15min after you have everything running to see how hot it is 2" from the lights, 4", and the half way point where your tubs meet. I use one of those probe digital temp displays you can find in pet stores for like $10, since you can just hang it where you want and check the temps in specific places.
