Rubbermaid Storage Tub Grow Box...NEED ODOR CONTROL AND VENTALATION TIPS

my simple computer fan is not doing the job...any recomendations?? how about odor control??

How hot does it get and how stealthy do you need to be with respect to smell?

How many plants, what type of lights, what are temps....give us as much info as you can. Pics help too

i curently have 4 super lemon haze plants im working with, i use 4, 18 inch F-15 Fluorecents (supposedly specialized for indoor plant growth and aquatic plant growth or something)...Because of the flourecents, its generally between 76-79 degrees so heat isnt as much of an issue as getting a nice clean airflow and as far as odor control i just need some sort of method of my outtake air not reaking of plants. Im just looking for some airflow tips or if theyres an alternative to computer fans that are small and quiet.
