Ruffled/Wrinkled leaves, N Tox symptom??

Is the wrinkling on the base of the leaves from the Nutrient Toxicity, or a different issue?

First off, a bit of info on what I'm running. -6 Banana OG clones in 6" Rockwool cubes surrounded by Hydroton in square pots. 286 watts of 5000-6500K CFL's on 18/6, & about 4-6" from the canopy. 2'x3.5' Scrog net in closet with portable AC, & passive intake. Temps 75-80°F, RH 30-40% lights on & 65-70 RH 45-60% lights off. GH Flora-Trio, Flora-Blend (0.5-1-1), Diamond Nectar (0-1-1), Silica Blast (0-0-0.5), Seaweed extract (0.1-0.1-1.5), & Superthrive.
2 weeks ago I fed them 550ppm pH 5.9, but with carbon filtered tap water.. The water was 190ppm to start with, which I know is high, but I figured I just wouldn't add Cal-Mag. Those things coupled with a low humidity gave them a slight Nitrogen toxicity, which I caught early. After that I watered with a Bennie tea to about 30-40% runoff, & they loved it. Unfortunately my dumb ass only brought the feeding down by about 100 to 450ppm pH 5.7 the next time which I fed to them twice more.. All watering/feeding has been exactly 4 days apart.
I dropped the net down on them about a day after the last feeding that I mentioned so far. There was quite a bit of high stress training when I installed the net, & I noticed they're growth slowed down quite a bit. That's also when this strange leaf ruffling started, but I assumed it was just from the stress. After a few days it didn't get better, & actually got a bit worse. I was looking at every leaf trying to figure out what it was, & I ended up feeding them once more with another 550ppm pH 5.9.. The next day I realized they were suffering from N Tox again, & it was right in front of my face! Frustrating because I've done much more than my share of reading/studying about growing, but this is only the 2nd time I've ever raised plants. While I'm extremely confident in saying that I know how to grow, I lack experience because of my circumstances.
Anyway, I checked my tap water again, & it was like 215ppm! I decided at that point that I'll be using RO water from now on, & immediately flushed with RO water along with a small amount of Seaweed, Silica, & Superthrive -50ppm pH 5.8 as well as foliar once a day since with the same solution. Runoff was 800-1200ppm pH 5.8-6.3, & I've also managed to raise my RH to 40-55% with a humidifier. They all look much happier, & have resumed to growing faster, & healthier.
A few leaves have mild "Claw" from the Nitrogen overdose, but the leaves pictured are what I'm confused with. 1 plant in particular is showing this more than the other 5, but all of them are slightly affected. I'm sure that they will be fine, & I even believe I've fixed the problem. I just wanted to share these pictures with all of you experienced growers, & ask what it might be? Is it possibly just another symptom of the Toxicity, or maybe a lockout because of it? I've included pictures of the leaves in question. 1 of them is from a few days before to show the progression. Also a shot of the entire canopy for reference of the health, & size of the rest.. Any input, or advice would be very much appreciated.
Thank you all in advance

I see no phyllotaxy but your reddening stems is of concern ...

check your night time temps,

try a temp gauge at plant/ fan height

good luck

Thanks for the input, I appreciate you taking the time. Although I'm not sure what the significance of phillotaxy is in this situation? I do however, have a thermometer right at canopy hieght. In fact I have 2 lol, you can see at least one in the pic sitting on the net. According to those my night temps have not gone under 60°F.. You did mean to make sure night temps aren't too cold correct? The stems have been red since I got them, & I was concerned. I thought possibly magnesium, or phosphorus, but since it didn't seem to be affecting growth I just figured genetics. They've actually gotten better. Now more of a striping, rather than solid color.

Vostok, just read the article about purple stems on your page lol.. Tons of great stuff on there, gonna be reading for a bit now. Thanks
