You could do it with pretty minimal cost. You got everything to maintain the rez. If you try it we could see who wins coco or hydro lol

i only check runoff EC if my plants exhibit any leaf discolour.
i do not check runoff pH either.

No.
once my nutrients are mixed they average 7 usually.
then I add a small amount of my premixed -pH down solution (20% down 80% water) to my nutrient mix to get down to 6pH.

I will add that the next day after I’ve filled my tote I always double check the pH to make sure it’s at 6.
it always is and I don’t allow my water to sit out and “evaporate” chlorine either before using.

If your water pH is 7.5 it probably has Ca in it that is buffering the pH to a higher pH level.
