Rust spots on leaf, deficiency?

All of the 3 plants have this going on but 1 of my super silver hashplants has it the worst, whats going on here? I can't seem to figure it out. Using compost teas on amended soil.

The lab fee and postage is included and you just fill the supplied jar with soil and send it back, they give you a bar code to look up the results. I'm about to post a report from my soil test.
