Sacrificing 1 Plant for Cloning

Just say i have 6 female plants and they have just shown signs of sex and i want to make clones in my vegging room for more to come. Could i sacrifice 1 plant and make multiple clones from it. Like cutting each branch several times to get the most from the sacrificed plant? That way i don't have to keep a mother plant alive in a seperate room, taking up space and light.

why not just take a few close from all the plants and just put everything into flowering instead of just cloning all off of one plant..

yeah i get ya. i was thinking if it was possible to take more then 1 cutting from each branch. like cut 1 branch up into several cuttings? or can you only take the top portion?

Youre right. You can take as many clones as the mother can provide given they are ready to cut to clone. What the guy before you is suggesting is perhaps take 1 clone from each mother. Wants it roots pop it into flowering and figure out which ones are females. Throw out the males and then cut the clones from the ones you liked out of the females left over.

You should have a growing tip for each clone. Top portion only.
