Safe seed companies?

hello, i recently tried to purchase seeds. sent cash. they claim it never arrived(post office said it should have even if delayed arrived 4-5 days ago). I'm still hopping things turn out ok since i have allot of faith in the bank i purchased from(hense i'm not going to post the name for a while yet). but if it doesn't end up like i'd like. can anyone recommend a seed bank, that you have used yourself, takes cash, and ships stateside stealthy? sry i know there are other posts but search is coming up with random stuff.
i'd prefer a bank that has ak-47, white widow, purple widow, skunk, and mango or something fruity. thanx for any help!

I ordered some Mandala Satori from SeedBoutique on 2/10 they shipped 2/12 and came in yesterday 2/20 to Northeastern USA. 8 days isn't bad turn around. I have ordered many places before. Customs hasn't really been an issue. I am still going on week 2 for Nirvana. But things happen. I ordered with my credit card. thanks for the replies, definetly looking into a few of these banks, waiting on the company i'm having problems with, not sure where things are going or if they will go anywhere. post office says they should have had my payment a week ago, and that was if there was a delay for some reason, bank says they never received it. but they are checking to see if it could have gotten misplaced or something like that. so yea. we'll see, thanx again for the input

Ive dealt with Heavens Stairway Canada (shut down by the feds couple years ago) & Dr. Chronic. Both were excellent in delivery time. Apparently the 'Dr' doesnt deliver to the U.S. any longer otherwise great to deal with , stealthy and quick. Just ordered from 'RhinoSeeds' recently huge delivery charge($20 USD) is my only complaint.
