Safe to Smoke out of this?

i accidentally broke the bowl off the stem on my bong piece so i taped it back together. it fits and everything and the tape is only on the outside of the glass. the flame wont come in direct contact with the tape but it will probly get pretty hot. has anyone smoked out of a taped back together bowl?

Get some epoxy resin on the outside of the stem. If not, coke bottle and a hose for you mate.

well this is only a quick fix for tonight. im getting a new bowl friday. isnt tape better than epoxy as far as heating and releasing chemicals?

Glass Glue UV -- search for that on Google. As long as the cracked area isnt an area that gets hot, the UV glue will handle it. GL!

LOL 1/2 of my bongs are taped, hot glued, or artist puttied together.

don't screw around with any types of Epoxy glues. they take a minimum of 2 hours to set and they taste funny when u r smoking. and yes, tape has less chemical components.
