this is my first post been lurking soaking up advice but heres my issue today
I have a friend with MSocasionally she gets some of my overages I grow indoors under 2 600hps lights and have what look to me to be beutiful plants fed wgeneral organics I harvest when the trichomes are 60%amber we have several varietes all from retputable seed banksall is well until I deal with my friend with ms lets just say she a complainer (Ive noticed this in other areas of her life also restaurants for instance) Ive always just writen it off as her way of dealing with her disease now shes complaining about some meds she got more that a week ago for a cheaper price than I normally would get I use the same meds & enjoy but she dosent get a buzz so she says Ive been buying cannabis for 30 years and have never called to complain much less ask for somthing else or money back especially after talking the price down by playing on my simpathy
Id like to help her but ...
1 its been more than a week that she had to complain
2. Ive used the same meds & their fine for me
3 she already talked me down in price the ecletric co dosent give me a price break
just wondering if Im being too hard by telling her I think its fine and cant help her out ??

It sounds best to just shut her up and never deal with her again. Some people are just never happy no matter what. I tend to avoid those people and recommend you do the same. :)

Maybe your weed sucks? More than likely she is just a whiner and will never be happy. I stopped helping out a friend of my wife's because she was convinced I was giving her sub par weed compared to what I am smoking. "Duh you Idiot I grow it, so I get the best stuff". Fuck that B###h tell her to kick rocks. I also found that whiners like to be charged more for weed. Makes em feel special ;-)

Your weed is degraded. I'd be pissed too. She is trying to medicate and you give her mostly degraded canniboids.

what the hell are you talking about degraded
shes asking me to help her out when her supply is low and my garden & practices work great for all but her we like the buzz better when the trichomes are 1/2 amber . this girl has smoked with us many times and looked thru our scope so she know what shes getting . my girl friend thinks she's used to a sativa dominate strain and I gave her indica dominate ,

we have some strains that are amber early into flowering so I dont think that amber trichomes are degraded thc is an absolute plus like I said weve experimented & we like the buzz better of a little more amber trichomes

Listen to Flaming Pie. Amber trichomes are degraded THC, less then 50%. Cloudy is 75-100% THC and Clear is under 50% as well. The ONLY reason to have amber would be for specific medical conditions.
Try harvesting at mostly cloudy next time.

As for the girl, tell her to find a new connect.

OP: Out of curiosity, do you know what values to expect for THC, CBN, and CBD based on the strain(s) you're growing?

the strain we are talking about has 17 to 21 thc & 5 to 7 cbd those numbers are from the interweb so I dont know how acurate they arefor me this strain isnt my favorite but does help with a buzz & some back pain relief I think Im going to find out what strains her normal caregiver gives her & get her somthing similar and weigh what she brings me back& trade her out if I can and never help her again too much drama my question here was is it bad form to complain I never have,I always checked it out before purchase(which she did)and lived with what I got its not a large amount so not a big deal other than it seamed strange to me


when I harvest I do whatworks best for my patient and we've tried earlier harvest so I do understand the trichome color vs thc degrade
but Im giving my patient what he wants for his pain & it works for me also

Was just curious, as I figured she may have been expecting something for better pain relief than what she's getting and that's why her bitchfest insued is all :)
