Salt build up

Hello, looking for some help here. Ive got a DWC setup and find it extremely annoying when I have to do a res change. ie -roots engulfed airstones. For me - anything for an easy life, so I don't really change the water in the res that often, about every 4-5 weeks(I just keep topping up) Now I know I should change more often but as I said, I like the easy life(some people call it lazy) The problem I want solved - Is there anything out there that would get rid of the salt build up in the res, which would mean I would only have to change the res once every grow. Any input would be much appreciated

I'm not sure how well it works in DWC, but House & Garden's Drip Clean works well in most other systems.

I've heard the same. Let us know what you find out should you use it.

Yeah I'm dreading that problem also the guy in my local Hydroponic store said that he never changes the reservoir at all is that possible then.
