i flushed today.nothing but water for a week and then i will chop and move on.
Looks like you did pretty good for early days
but if you feed a bit less next time, soil normally holds a lot of nutes anyway so needs a lot less feeding than many coco and hydro set ups
The other choice a lot of people have to make is when to swap to bloom feed and when or if to add extra pk
I normally switch food 1 to 2 weeks before or after switching to 12/12 depends on the plant and how much space I have
You could try giving just water or 1/4 strength feed every other watering, why not try giving one less food next time and giving the other more and you`ll see the difference yourself
Over feeding can burn a plant or it can cause salt build ups over time that can put your ph out and lock up the plant, some people do this deliberately as part of their flush normally using something that has potassium in it
Personally I`ve found that when everything is spot on water is fine for flush, or there's Riddlers boil method that works well but I like to flush with sugar or molasses or potassium sulphate as if you have any kind of insects in the soil I find that when you flush with just water they are drawn up to the buds and feed on them and having prime bud before flush and watching it all get eaten up by bugs, well to me its worth a few spoons of dextrose to make sure
Plus I think it can really add to the smell and taste too, some wetting agent and sugar can go a long way
