Same size why won't it grow ...?

I planted this seed 3 weeks ago it grew up to this point but now it's seem like it's not any more? Could it be to much nutrients . Stress?

Does it look healthy?

Looks healthy for sure.. Nice green leaves ph? Temp?

Temp mid 80s ph around 6 I think

Looks like nutrient lock-out. You sure your ph is ok? Also looks like it may be receiving too much water.

lower the temp if u can and the newts may belocking so flush her out then try ur newts again but deff the temp try high 70s and what light u got?

It looks too wet. Like your turning on that giant feed line too often.

I changed the water and nutrients didn't put as much now . I'm using 5 cfl like the one is the picture and I have the water run like every 12 hours for an hour each time that's all I can do with the timer. And is this indica the other one I have growing witch is younger is huge .

The pic I just posted is the one doing very well.
