Day 42:
Been adding 1tbsp/gal of unsulphured molasses along with my bloom regimen which includes SWEET and Liquid Karma. She loves it. She's growing like wildfire and is starting to bud all over the place.

I also did an LST as 'tinyTURTLE' recommended me to. This was a great idea. Now the side shoots are growing like the main stem. She has about 3 weeks left.

Any guesses on a yield?

You should only flush to a certain amount of runoff. I overdid it.

Oh yeah, she sits in the center of the tote and now branches out, reaching every side. If she wasn't tied down, she'd hit the lights. 2 of them in there would have looked ugly and they would have suffocated.

It's been 2 days since the last update of pictures and I only showed one good looking bud site. Now that good looking bud site exploded 3x its size and 5 other bud sites popped up. The main cola and one of the side shoots that now acts as a main stem, caught up to the best looking bud site and are now 2x bigger. If that much growth went down in 2 days and this thing has about a month left... then ...wow... is all I have to say.

I forgot to update earlier but I made a co2 generator out of a handle of Svedka. Yeast + sugar mix. Drilled a hole in the cap, ran a vape hose through it and now the hose is sitting on the bottom of the main stem.

As for odor. It smells really woody with light fruity like hints. It's not an overwhelming smell. Real light. Or maybe my odor eating bulb + diy carbon filter are keeping it under control. I smell NOTHING until I open the box. At night, there is a very light smell if you're near my closet. As light as someone who just clam baked and the smell stuck to their clothes. It's controllable. I grew an ak47 Lowryder last year and at 10 inches of height with only one main cola, IT REEKED out of my pc case. But then again.. I wasn't using ANY odor control.

Day 51:
7 main bud stems and a bunch of little popcorn bud sites throughout the bottom. Big bud explosion since last week. Been feeding it w/ the PBP bloom line + Sweet and Brer Rabbit unsulphured molasses @ 1tblsp/gal.
Just did a 2 liter Clearex flush yesterday and I've been feeding with straight water thereafter. Going to jump back to the bloom routine tomorrow and double up on the molasses.

According to the notes on the seed packet and info on 'the attitude', this girl has 14 days left making it 65 days. I'm going to let it flower a lot more than that I think. It can definitely go up to 80. We'll see. I'll update with weekly pictures. If someone could tell me when to clip it at the right time according to what they see on the pics, that would be awesome. I'll try to get trichome shots with a macro lens..

Day 58:
Lots of sugary bud growth. Smells great. Kind of like a spiced cappuccino or some sort of coffee. How much longer until I should chop?

i would really appreciate it as i've never built one before.

Yeah no problem. I used...

2x 30 gallon tubs @ $5 each. Dremel'd out the bottom of one bin and the center of the lid.
2x small tupperware containers as light housings $1.50 each
1x 120mm fan exhausting into a small tupperware which has a mesh-like filter and activated carbon inside it. Fan - $14, tupperware- Came with my chicken
1x 80mm fan snagged from my old custom pc for intake
7x CFL's and 1 is a round 2700k 150 watt equivalent odor eating bulb (doesn't eat flowering odor). $30+ total for all. (multi spectrum setup)
Wiring and light sockets - 1x heavy duty husky extension from home depot + 6 light sockets @ about $15 total
Mylar - Emergency blanket - $1.50

Altogether, that costs nearly $75 just for the whole setup without coco coir, airpots, nutrients and seeds (didn't include those prices since everyone uses different mediums, seeds etc)



It does look pretty ghetto rigged and it's not entirely stealthy but that I'm not worried about that. Odor control is pretty good. I could have done a better job with light leaks and wiring organization but this works.
All that matters is my plant is healthy and looking great. Next time, I'll spray paint the inside of the totes bright white + Glue the mylar to the sides for a cleaner look.

Day 66:
I know this is bad but don't call me out on it as I wanted to sample some bud out for a different high. I cut off one of the side stems (trichs 50/50 cloudy clear) which looks to be about an 8th, took a little off of it and dried it for a test. The high felt halfway heady and body as I expected and it lasted 2 hours which isn't too bad for a sample chop. Tasted great even though I dried it using a steam method in a microwave. Now, I'm letting that stuff dry up properly so I can cure it. The rest of the plant will keep going for 10 more days.

I will also be taking one the colas and water curing it with clearex to leech the salts out the first few days.

I'll add some root porn and pre-chop pictures soon.

Day 71: Can I chop yet?

its a sativa right? id personally wait till i saw 75/25 cloudy/clear. thats where the head high is correct? you have a loupe? dont cost much. helps. just my two cents. im in a rubbermaid dual cab as well, what are your temps? it gets hot for me and all im running is (7) 26w Daylite CFL's how are you with exhaust. my intake is straight, but i dont get under 84F. any thoughts?

It's an Indica. It's pretty much 70/30 right now. Yeah that's a mix between heady and body. If I wanted couchlock, I could wait until they ambered up. My temps fluctuate a lot between 75-85. My room has a big window and I keep a fan on it to cool it up a bit. I also have an intake fan in the middle left section of my totes and an exhaust at the top right corner. That even's out airflow throughout the plant. My plant loved the heat. I guess it depends on the strain?

i just threw down a buncha bagseed. so strain wise im not sure. i got holes oneither side of the bottom cab and one hole center-mass in the top cab for nighttime passive exhaust. 8 inch fan hanging from ballast like makeshift cooltube, ventilation's good, temps just wont drop. same as you, i keep the lid off and fan on to control. just wonderin. your plant looks great. you always run autos or is this a sponsored jrnl? (kinda looked a little more official than usual threads, no harm meant) id like to see you run a more full figured lady... mmm...
