Sanctuary Empire Builder

the guy at my local hydro store strongly recommended me to get the empire builder by sanctuary, but i had never heard of it before now. Im new to organics but he told me it was like a super soil that would need little nutes if any, but i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this soil, anything its lacking that you would recommend adding or anything like that?

I have used and sold lot's of this soil at the hydro store i worked at, it is a lot better than fox farm soils, it has a few weeks of nutes in it. You would definitely want to add some nutes down the line

I am a new grower with one harvest under my belt. 3 Jack Herer an Afgoo and a mystery seed, all grew well with the Builder Soil. It has everything in it you need. it stayed light and airy without alot of perlite visible in the mix. I am vegging now and planning for my next crop (learned alot from the first grow). I have the following clones vegging now. 1 Girl Scout Cookie, 2 Harliquin, 1 Sour Grape and 1 Banana Kush from seed. They are in Fox Farms Ocean Forest right now. My supplier ran out of the Builder Soil. i want to re-transplant in 50/50 Fox/Builder come time to flower. My first grow did well in Builder just start giving nutes after the first month. Good luck!

Can you use it as a top soil? This stuff seems kinda hot to plant seeds and clones in. How is their ocean mix? I would love to use that mix and use it as a base for a super soil mix.
